How to Combine Your Colours

A lot of men don't have much colour in their wardrobes, probably because it's more challenging to combine them successfully or they're unsure about what suits them.

So to assist you on how to introduce some colour into your wardrobe this summer, here are my 5 top tips on combining colours whether it's for casual or formal wear.

1. Combine two neutral colours with one brighter one eg: navy and light grey (neutrals) and bright green.

2. Contrast your colours on the top and the bottom when wearing a blazer and trousers eg: light grey blazer and navy chinos.

3. Wear different shades of the same colour together eg: shades of light pink through to burgundy.

4. Blue and green should always be seen. Whether it's a pale pistachio green and denim blue, jade green and indigo or khaki with navy, contrary to the old saying "Blue and green should never be seen" I think it's a winning combination.
